These terms cover your use of the Tessera bot and web console, operated by Acquariusoft. By using Tessera, you agree to them.

What Tessera is

Tessera is a shared assistant for shopping lists, expenses and reminders, used through a Telegram bot and this web console.

Your account

One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and linked Telegram chat secure, and for what happens through your account.

Shared spaces

Content you add to a space shared with others stays visible to them, including after you leave the space or delete your account — see the Privacy Policy for the details. Don't share a space with someone unless you're fine with that.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tessera for anything illegal, don't try to abuse or overload the bot, and don't use it to store or share someone else's personal data without their knowledge.

No warranty

Tessera is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Acquariusoft isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Tessera.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the console. We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll let you know before the change takes effect.
